All paperwork has been submitted to the state. In less then 30 days I will be all set to go and our store will open!

The building inspection was completed and I’m happy to say we’ve received sign off. The inspector was a real nice guy and happened to be into shooting himself. In any case, once he gets us updated in the computer this afternoon the process wil continue to move forward. Stay tuned! My permit with the city has been approved and I have my inspection scheduled for 7/28/09. Assuming that goes well I should be on track to be starting up before the end of August! I am meeting with the planning department on Monday 7/27 and hope to have all my final issues resolved. Once this piece is completed all my paperwork will be submitted to the state [...] I’m now waiting on some final building permit approvals before I am fully set with the city. This is the last piece of paperwork I need to complete my California Firearms Division application. I will be meeting with the city next week to try and get this resolved.
